I hated all the other plugins that added this functionality. They were all far too bloated and I didn't like the way they were written. This plugin is simple. It adds the Open Graph meta info to your header.

== Installation ==

1. Upload `simple_opengraph.zip` to the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory
2. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress
3. Relax
