A simple headline rotator that uses JQuery and pulls data from the FrontPage category.

== Description ==
This plugin takes the 5 latest posts from the FrontPage category and rotates their titles and excerpts using a JQuery scroller. Based on <a href="http://www.learningjquery.com/2006/10/scroll-up-headline-reader">Scroll Up Headline Reader</a> by Karl Swedberg.

User options allow setting custom width and height. Timing and direction of the scroll cannot currently be set by the user.

This section describes how to install the plugin and get it working.

e.g.

1. Upload `/head_rot` to the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory
1. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress
1. Place `<?php headline_rotator() ?>` in your templates

I currently plan to release a second version that will address some of the more immediate needs.
