This plugin provides network administrators ability to set same time zone over all blogs in multisite installation in one click, and also it restricts changes of timezone from local blogs settings.

== Installation ==

1. Upload the plugin files to the `/wp-content/plugins/simple-default-timezone` directory, or install the plugin 
through the WordPress plugins screen directly.
2. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' screen in WordPress
3. Access the plugins menu through the Clear Images menu page to use the plugin.
