Method 1

1. Upload the `dashboard-extended` folder to the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory
1. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress

Method 2

1. Open the Wordpress Dashboard
1. Click the *Plugins* menu item
1. Click *Add New*
1. Under the *Install Plugins* heading click *Upload*
1. Click *Choose File*, then locate simple-dashboard.zip and click *Install Now*
