This Plugin will auto-convert all the links in a post to HTML links,

all plain text URLs will be converted to
auto-hyperlinking them to the corresponding clickable hyperlinks.

1. Upload Sim Clickable Links to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
2. Activate the plugin through the \'Plugins\' menu in WordPress.

Sim Clickable Links will only convert a URL in WordPress Post

Sim Clickable Links does not support custom post types at this time.

This plugin will work without user input there is no settings page simply activate the plugin and you are good to go.
