Sidebar Form is a friendly plugin generating a contact form on your Wordpress. After activating the plugin you can add the widget called "Sidebar Form" to your sidebar or insert the shortcode [SIDEBAR-FORM] to one of your page or post. You will need to make some simple modifications in the preferences such as the email address you want to receive the contact informations.

If you are looking to implement a contact form on the page, please use the Contact Us From Plugin instead.

The plugin embed some CSS but if you feel like using your own CSS you can add it on the plugin preferences (under the Style section). You can also customize some fields, use captcha… everything is included!

== Installation == To make the plugin work you only need to do: 1. Install the plugin OR unzip the downloaded file to /wp-content/plugins/ 2. Go to your plugin settings and enable the plugin. 3. In the backoffice, under settings, you will have a new section called "Sidebar Form". Go to that section and make all the modifications you need. 4. To use the plugin on your sidebar, just drag and drop the widget called "Sidebar Form" in the widget section. 5. You can also display the form to your posts or pages by inserting the shortcode [SIDEBAR-FORM] on every pages or posts you want. 6.
