Adds a featured image thumbnail column to the Posts and Pages list screens, and allows assigning an image directly from the list if none exists.

== Description ==
投稿および固定ページ一覧画面にアイキャッチ画像のサムネイルカラムを追加します。
アイキャッチ画像がない場合は、ページ一覧から直接アイキャッチを指定できます。

Add a thumbnail column of featured images to the Posts and Pages list screens.
If a post has no featured image, you can assign one directly from the list view.

== Installation ==
1. プラグインZIPを `/wp-content/plugins/` にアップロードします。
2. 管理画面の「プラグイン」メニューから「Show Featured Thumbnails」を有効化します。
3. 投稿一覧・固定ページ一覧にサムネイル列が表示されるようになります。

1. Upload the plugin ZIP to `/wp-content/plugins/`.
2. Activate "Show Featured Thumbnails" from the Plugins menu in the WordPress admin.
3. A new thumbnail column will appear in the Posts and Pages list screens.
