Customers who order from your WordPress e-commerce store are added to your Zendesk help desk after checkout.

== Description ==

This plugin integrates [Shopp](http://shopplugin.net) with [Zendesk](http://www.zendesk.com).

After checkout, a customer's email, name, and phone number will be added to your Zendesk.

This process occurs in the background without needing action from the user.

With Shopp + Zendesk you no longer need to enter this information in manually. It is done automatically with each order.

== Installation ==

1. You'll need to have an account with [Zendesk](http://www.zendesk.com).
2. Ensure that your [Shopp](http://shopplugin.net) is activated and up-to-date.
3. Download Shopp + Zendesk. Unzip the `shopp-zendesk` folder.
4. Upload the `shopp-zendesk` folder to the `wp-content/plugins/` directory.
5. Activate Shopp + Zendesk through the Plugins menu in the WordPress admin.
6. Go to Shopp 101 → + Zendesk. 
7. Enter your Account URL, Username, and Password for Zendesk and click Save Settings.
