Add new shipping method that fetches aggregated carrier rates from API .

== Description ==

Creates new shipping method based on 'sendbox API' and posts shipment under order actions in Admin.

== Installation ==

1. Upload `woocommerce-shipping-sendbox` folder to the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory
2. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress
 3. Go to Woocommerce -> Settings->Shipping-> Sendbox and update the options to your store's info
3. Go to Orders->Order->Order Actions and select "Shipping via Sendbox" 
4. Select quotes and Post Shipment
