• current_speaker ID of current speaker.
• default_time_reply Default time, in seconds, of a reply.
• default_time_speaker Default time, in seconds, of a speaker.
• display_format ID of display format to override list with. < 0 if none.
• list List ID of list of available speakers.
• list_sort ID of sort to override with. < 0 if none.
• speaker_agenda_item_id If someone is speaking, the agenda item ID is here.
