after installing you will get a menu under settings that's called "scroll up", from there you can customize this plugin as your own requirement like
1. speed : how quick the pages will reached to top.
2. theme : style for buttons


== Installation ==

There are a few options for installing and setting up this plugin.

= Upload Manually =

1. Download and unzip the plugin
2. Upload the 'scroll-up-oiiio' folder into the '/wp-content/plugins/' directory
3. Go to the Plugins admin page and activate the plugin
