1. Make sure you have jQuery installed and working properly
1. Upload the folder `sc-to-top` to the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory
1. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress
1. Go to plugin's options page and choose your configuration
1. Enjoy!

This plugin requires jQuery. Check if jQuery is being called correctly .
