Satispay is a new payment system that allows you to pay stores or friends from your smartphone. To make the service more secure, more efficient and cheaper, we constructed an entirely new platform that is independent from traditional payment methods such as debit and credit cards.

Satispay is completely free for personal accounts. There are absolutely no costs for: download, signup, sending and receiving money within the app, or transfers to and from your bank account!

== Installation ==
1. Activate Woocommerce
2. Upload the plugin files to the `/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-satispay-payment` directory, or install the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen directly.
3. Activate the plugin through the \'Plugins\' screen in WordPress
4. Use the Woocommerce->Settings->Checkout. Click on Satispay Tab
5. To get your business started in accepting Satispay, all you need to do is sign up for free at business.satispay.com/signup
Once active you’ll be able to request your security token and then add it to the plugin/addon of your e-commerce. For any question do not hesitate to contact us at business@satisay.com

2. **How can Satispay offer a completely free service for personal accounts?**
We invented a new system that’s independent from credit/debit cards or a specific bank.
By eliminating these intermediaries, we were able to significantly increase our efficiency and reduce the costs for managing the payments, making the service completely free for personal accounts and extremely cheap for businesses. The sole cost for businesses is €0.20 only when a payment received is greater than €10. Now that is a revolution!

3. **How do I sign up?**
Downloading the app Satispay from the App Store, Google Play or Windows Phone Store. Open the app and insert the information requested.
You will be asked to provide your Italian Tax Code (“codice fiscale”) and IBAN code so that we can securely connect with your bank. Make sure to have with you a valid ID, as you will be required to take a legible photo so that we can confirm your identity. Persons that were not born in Italy must provide a Passport as ID. For Italian citizens we are able to accept your passport, Carta d’Identità or driver’s license.
