Ruby Help Desk is a WordPress plugin which works as a customer support platform. The plugin includes many features such as Frontend submissions, ticket attachments, Knowledgebase, and statistics.

## Installation
### Using The WordPress Dashboard

1. Navigate to the `Add New` in the plugins dashboard
1. Search for `Ruby Help Desk`
1. Click `Install Now`
1. Activate the plugin on the Plugin dashboard

### Uploading in WordPress Dashboard

1. Navigate to the `Add New` in the plugins dashboard
1. Navigate to the `Upload` area
1. Select `ruby-help-desk.zip` from your computer
1. Click 'Install Now'
1. Activate the plugin in the Plugin dashboard

### Using FTP

1. Download `ruby-help-desk.zip`
1. Extract the `ruby-help-desk` directory to your computer
1. Upload the `ruby-help-desk` directory to the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory
1. Activate the plugin in the Plugin dashboard
