1. Upload `rt-simple-post-and-page-list` folder to the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory
2. In your WordPress administration, go to the Plugins page
3. Activate the rt-simple-post-and-page-list plugin and a subpage for the plugin will appear in your WordPress Settings menu.
