Adds the Rorschach Quotes widget, which displays randomly selected Rorschach quotes from the Watchmen graphic novel. Rated Mature for graphic content.

Each quote is wrapped in a `<blockquote class="rorschach">`, is properly cited, and includes a link to the *Watchmen* entry on Wikipedia.

This widget and its author are in no way associated with DC Comics, Warner Bros., Alan Moore, or anyone else that claims a financial stake in *Watchmen*, and I'm not looking to challenge any of their claims to copyright or profit financially in any way from this plugin.

== Installation ==

1. Upload `rorschach-quote.php` to the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory
1. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress
1. Drop the widget in your sidebar or place `<?php rorschach_quote(); ?>` in your template
