rng-refresh Plugin adds the meta box in edit post screen of the admin panel also you can add time period with template `Hour:Minutes:Seconds` of force refresh using it.

# Installation

1. Upload the plugin files to the `/wp-content/plugins/rng-refresh` directory, or install the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen directly.
2. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' screen in WordPress
3. Go to the permalink settings and change URL structure then undo
4. Use the `Settings > Refresh Settings` screen to configure the plugin
