This is a WordPress plugin version of the program "Responsive Mailform" that is available for free on my website. ( http://www.1-firststep.com/archives/462 )




== Installation ==

1. Install the plugin "Responsive Mailform" in WordPress.
2. Activate the plugin.
3. Select "Contact Us" → "Add New Responsive Email Form", set the "Administrator Email Address" and save the page.
4. Copy the shortcode displayed on page 3 above and paste it on the page where you want to place the email form.
5. Try sending a test yourself and if the thank you page appears and the email is delivered, then it's OK.
