== Installation ==

1. extract the plugin zip file.
2. Upload `randomattic socialbookmarks` folder to the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory
3. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress
4. Let the plugin add the code at the end of the post itself. :)
