Using The Plugin Manager:

1. Visit the Plugins Section of your WordPress install and choose "add new."

3. Select "install now" and activate the plugin.
4. Click the `RackForms` Menu item and press the Install RackForms button.

Using a Custom Download:

1. Download the current version from: http://wordpress.org/plugins/rackforms-express/
2. Visit the Plugins Section of your WordPress install and choose "add new."
3. Select "upload" from the links at the top, and then select the file you downloaded.
4. Activate the plugin once the upload completes.
5. Click the `RackForms` Menu item and press the Install RackForms button.
