This adds a widget that displays random quotes as well as features new easy to use shortcode: [quotemaster] for your posts.  Also, this adds random quotes to the admin dashboard.

== Description ==
Adds a quote, chosed from a list of famous quotes, to the top-right corner of the Dashboard.  Also features an optional widget that will display random quotes on the website.  Also features a handy shortcode so you can have random quotes in any of your posts.  Easy as just putting [quotemaster] in your post. Now features more than 75 quotes.
