This shortcode for WordPress, with shortcode tag [QuickStyle_Background background=\"background: #ccc\"] , allows the content author to specify a web page background style to be used for the post or page. This will override the administrator or theme settings for the body background style.

Extract the zip file and just drop the contents in the wp-content/plugins/ directory of your WordPress installation and then activate the Plugin from Plugins page.
