- Configure Qonvo & copy your account code
- Install the plugin, add your Qonvo appcode and you’re all set

Your team can reply to incoming chats via the Qonvo mobile app or web service desk.  With each conversation, your Qonvo AI assistant will learn how to respond with to your suggested replies, your content and applets so that every customers can get assistance even when your team isn’t available.

This plugin adds Qonvo’s Web Chat to your website with a few clicks, so you can begin chatting with your visitors and customers right away.

== Installation ==

1. Upload the plugin files to '/wp-content/plugins/plugin-name', or install the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen directly.
2. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' screen in WordPress.
3. In the 'Qonvo Settings' screen, enter your Qonvo Customer ID (accessible from 'Channels > WebChat > Qonvo Embed Code') and click 'Save'

At this point, your widget should be enabled. You may need to reload the page. If you don't see the chat widget on your website, check that your web chat is set to 'active' in Qonvo > Channels > WebChat.
