This plugin allows placing banners with any data on your website. 

== Description ==

This plugin will come in handy if you want to display banners with any kind of data on your WordPress website. With PromoBar, the extent of data shown on the banner is rather wide, from messages about launching a new product and service announcements, to special offer ads, and any sort of information you want to share with your users in general. There is a number of customization options available, which allow selecting the position of the banner (on all pages, on homepage only, or in any post/page/template the function or shortcode was added to), along with the banner design.

1. Upload `promobar` folder to the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory.
2. Activate the plugin using the 'Plugins' menu in your WordPress admin panel.
3. You can adjust the necessary settings using your WordPress admin panel in "BWS Plugins" > "PromoBar".
4. In Display PromoBar field, please mark the appropriate block position. You can also create a page or a post and paste the shortcode [prmbr_shortcode] to the text, or add the source code to the template: <?php do_action( 'prmbr_box' ); ?>.
