Show twitter share count.
In future I want to add facebook counter.

== Installation ==

1. Upload `post-share-count.zip` and extract to the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory
2. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress
3. Place `<?php the_post_share_count(); ?>` in your templates

= How to add html wrapper or some css class to counter? =

Function `the_post_share_count` support `$before` and `$after` arguments, same as `the_title`
`<?php the_post_share_count( '<span class="twitter-share-link">', '</span>' ); ?>`

= How to display counter as link? =

Use `$before` and `$after` arguments, here is example with using twitter api:

Use CSS `background-image` property for it.
