Sends a notification to the author when a post is created by email.

**Note:** Requires the [Post By Email](http://wordpress.org/plugins/post-by-email/) plugin.

Once an email has been successfully posted to the blog via the [Post By Email](http://wordpress.org/plugins/post-by-email/) plugin, the author of the post is notified via email.

You can modify the notification email recipients, subject, message and headers via [filters](http://codex.wordpress.org/Plugin_API#Filters):

* `post_by_email_notify_recipients`
* `post_by_email_notify_subject`
* `post_by_email_notify_message`
* `post_by_email_notify_headers`

== Installation ==

1. Install Post By Email Notify either via the WordPress.org plugin directory, or by uploading the files to your server.
1. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu.
