Post By Email Notify

Sends a notification to the author when a post is created by email. 

## Customize

You can modify the notification email recipient(s), subject, message and headers via [filters](http://codex.wordpress.org/Plugin_API#Filters):

* `post_by_email_notify_recipients`
* `post_by_email_notify_subject`
* `post_by_email_notify_message`
* `post_by_email_notify_headers`
