PluginsTalk Bar is a free & beta version. The plugins displays a stable bar on top of all webpages in your blog. You can use our bar to display news, important website events, offers or discounts on your products, etc.

1. Upload `plugins-talk-bar-free.zip` to the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory
2. Extract the .zip file so that it creates `plugins-talk-bar-free` folder in `/wp-content/plugins/` directory
3. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress

1. Goto 'add new' section in 'Plugins' menu inside WordPress

First one is that you don't have to take any trouble saving your bar settings or uploading any files that will build the bar.
