== Installation ==

1. Upload the plugin files to the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory, or install the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen directly.
2. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' screen in WordPress
3. Go to Playlists Youtube => Settings to set your Youtube API key (get it here : https://console.developers.google.com/home)
4. Go Playlists Youtube to create your first playlist

No, only with playlists that are public (most of the playlists)
