== Installation ==

This section describes how to install the plugin and get it working.

1. Install the Layered Popups plugin: https://layeredpopups.com
2. Upload entire `page-layered-popup` folder to the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory
3. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress
4. Go to your Layered Popups settings and enable "Do not pre-load popups"
5. Select a layered popup, and choose a page to show, or whether to show as a welcome mat
