# How to use the pot file

The pot file included in this folder is ready to use.

1. Start up Poedit.

1. In Poedit goto File -> New from POT/PO file...

1. Select and Open the pot file from the languages folder.

1. Enter your name, email address, your language and country (i.e. French fr_FR, German de_DE) to the setting form.

1. Click the Update button in the main Poedit UI.

1. Save the file: `organizing-xx_XX.po` replacing `xx_XX` with your language and country.

1. Put your translations in your WordPress language directory, located at: `WP_LANG_DIR . '/plugins/organizing-xx_XX.mo'`.

If you wish, you can send us a pull request with new translations.
