THIS DOCUMENT INCLUDES WARRANTY INFORMATION AND A LICENSE AGREEMENT GOVERNING THE USE OF OPENCRYPTOR SOFTWARE.

WARRANTY DISCLAIMER.

THE OPENCRYPTOR SOFTWARE AND OTHER INFORMATIONS ARE DELIVERED TO YOU.WE DO NOT WARRANT OUR  CELLPHONE SOFTWARE IS WORKING ON ALL OF CELLPHONE. AND WE DO NOT WARRANT THE OPENCRYPTOR METHOD CAN PROTECT YOUR PROPERTY IF YOU APPLIED THE OPENCRYPTOR METHOD INAPPROPRIATELY.

SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT.

1. Intellectual Property Ownership, Reservation of Rights.

The Software or any form of Open Encryptor method that you make are the intellectual property of Open Encryptor. The Software and Open Encryptor method are protected by law, including without limitation the copyright laws of the United States and other countries, and by international treaty provisions. 

2. To individual customers.

The individual customers can use opencrytor cellphone software and apply Open Encryptor method to protect their non-business accounts and they must put our small logo with our link on their webs. If they liked Open Encryptor method, wish they could donate OpenEncryptor Organization for its development.

3. To business customers.

The business customers can apply Open Encryptor method, when they become the members of OpenEncryptor Organization. If you are interested in the detail informations about how to become the member of OpenEncryptor Organization, please contact to vikingzheng@opencryptor.com. We can develop the Open Encryptor method and make profit together.

4.The opencrytor cellphone software only supplies two bindable accounts only. If you want to bind more accounts to one phone, please buy the register code. If you want to make your accounts more and more safe, we strongly suggest you to buy a register code for yourselves, do not use others' and use the opencrytor cellphone software published by OpenEncryptor Organization.
