1. [Create](https://www.onwebchat.com/signup.php "onWebChat Sign Up") an account on onWebChat.
2. Login to operator console, go to "Settings" page and copy the "Chat Id" key.
3. Install and activate the onWebChat plugin.
4. Paste the "Chat Id" to the field and Click "Save Changes".

The chat widget will be hidden when all operators are offline
