However, rather than linking to the most recent posts, OAS Sticky Posts lets the blog author link to posts they deem important - for whatever reason they deem it so (e.g. favourite). It was originally developed for AlanHart.net and you can see it in action over there. == Installation == IMPORTANT>> Before you install, please make sure that you have installed and activated the "OAS ToolBox" plugin. http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/oas-toolbox/ Instructions for installing the OAS Sticky Posts Plugin. 1. Download and extract the Plugin zip file. 2. Upload the 'oas-sticky-posts' folder to the '/wp-content/plugins/' directory. 3. Activate the Plugin via the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress. 4. Once activated, Goto "Settings -> OAS Sticky Posts" and select the posts that you want to be displayed on the sidebar. 5.
