nStatistics Plugin is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions,

nStatistics plugin will collect visitors data as IP and Browser User Agent. All statistics will be generate 
from those 2 resources. In future more resources can be used for statistics generation. Author of this plugin 
will not be responsable if collecting visitors IP and/or User Agent is banned in your contry.

This plugin is offered FREE to use or change for your own use. nStatistics developer DOES NOT WARRANT THAT 
THIS PLUGIN OR REPORTS WILL MEET YOUR NEEDS OR BE FREE FROM ERRORS
All nStatistics Free versions are supplied "as is" without warranty of any kind.
Installation and use at your own risk only.

nStatistic free version can contain third party ads. Using this plugin you accept that third party ads to be 
displayed on your nStatistics backend pages (nStatistics pages located in Wordpress admin section) and you will 
not claim any revenue from them. You are allowed to remove this ads from plugin source code.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

NEITHER nStatistics DEVELOPERS NOR ANY PEOPLE INVOLVED IN nStatistics PROJECT SHALL BE LIABLE
FOR ANY DAMAGES CAUSED BY THE SOFTWARE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO INDIRECT, 
INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL  DAMAGES, OR DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, 
LOSS OF SAVINGS, REVENUE, DATA, INCURRED BY CUSTOMERS OR ANY THIRD PARTY, EVEN 
IF DEVELOPER HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IN CASES WHERE STATE OR COUNTRY LAW DOES NOT ALLOW SUCH LIMITATION nStatistics IS BANED FOR USE.


nStatistics developer reserves the right to change or modify any of the terms and conditions contained in this 
Agreement, at any time, by posting the new agreement along with the plugin.
