1. Upload 'nodoss.zip' to the '/wp-content/plugins/' directory
2. Extract the Plugin to a `nodoss` Folder
3. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress
4. General Settings – Heartbeat <15> <240> Interval seconds 


1. Go to `Plugins` in the Admin menu
2. Click on the button `Add new`
3. Search for nodoss` and click 'Install Now' or click on the `upload` link to upload `nodoss.zip`
4. Click on `Activate plugin`
