1. Download, upload and install .zip under Plugins >> Add New > Upload, and activate the NextGEN Gallery Image Optimizer WordPress plugin.
2. From your Wordpress Dashboard, go to Tools > NextGen Gallery Image Optimizer > Follow the on-screen cues.
