This plugin adds a modifier to Better Internal Link Search so you can search and create links to other blogs in your network.

Requires Better Internal Link Search.  This simple plugin adds a search modifier to the wordpress link search tool. 
Using -sites {Query} you can search the sites in your network and quickly embed a link to its home URL.
