This is a wordpress plugin, which help those poor guys who don't want to leave MSNSpace (including me). This plugin hooks onto ¡°publish_post¡± action, so that whenever you publish a post in your wordpress, a notification containing the title, partial content of the post and a bloglink is sent to your MSNspace automatically, so that your friends can follow up your other updates just like your msnspace updates.

== Installation ==

unzip and put msnnotifier.php into your plugin page (usually /wordpress/wp-content/plugins).

The plugin need a SMTP account to publish notification on MSN space (thanks to the email-publishing function, which seems to be the only entry). In ¡°Options¡± -> ¡°MSN Notifier¡± page, you need to configure your SMTP account, and your MSN publishing address.

For SMTP, a GMAIL account is perfect. Just put your GMAIL address (xxx@gmail.com), and your password (don't worry, i won't peek).

For MSN publishing address, look for it in MSN space options, and make sure your SMTP account is in the ¡°From¡± email address list in that option page.
