Provides shortcode to support Moot forums.

== Description ==

The Moot plugin provides a shortcode to support [**Moot**](http://moot.it) forums. Use either `[moot-forum]` or `[moot-forums]`; they do exactly the same thing.

**NOTE:** This plugin does not currently work on a **Windows** Server.  If you have a business need for it to run on Windows Server please feel free to [contact us](http://newclarity.net/hire-us/) about it.

= How do I get started? =

Go to [**http://moot.it/setup**](http://moot.it/setup) to register a forum name.

= How do I configure the plugin? =

Go to the _Settings > Moot Forums_ page in the WordPress admin console of your website and save the forum name you registered,

= How do I get a Moot Forum on my website? =

Create a Page in the WordPress admin, copy the text `[moot-forums]` into the body of the post and save it. You might want to call the page _"Forums"_ which will give you a URL like this:

- `http://www.yoursite.com/forums/`

= How do I use Moot Comments on my site? =

We plan to add that feature as soon as we're ready to use it on one of our own site. In the mean time see the FAQ below titled _"How do I change something/get something changed about the plugin?"_

= Why do I get _"Forum does not exist?"_ =

If you are getting the error _"Forum does not exist"_ check to make sure you did not specify the full URL of your forum the _Settings > Moot > Settings_ of your site's WordPress admin console. If you specified a something like `http://moot.it/xxxxx` where `xxxxx` is the name of your Moot forum then just change to specify **only** the forum name, e.g. `xxxxx`.
