Create a banner with a link at the bottom of the screen, when viewed on mobile only.

== Description ==

This plugin was originally written for a client, but may be useful for others. It simply creates a discrete banner when viewed on mobile. This banner can include a link, to a mailing list for example.

== Installation ==

1. Upload the plugin zip file using WordPress' plugin installer, or install the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen directly (search for 'Mobile Banner Robin Phillips')
1. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' screen in WordPress
1. Use the Settings->Mobile Banner screen to set the text and link URL
