Instructions:
1. To decompress the file and to raise it the folder of plugins.
2. To go to the panel of Administration of plugins and to activate plugin mitsukaranakatta.
3. To add errors 404, go to Options > mitsukaranakatta.
4. There same you can add, publish or eliminate.
5. To add these lines in the page that shows error 404 of your subject of Wordpress (generally calls 404.php):
