A simple and flexible WordPress plugin to manage members and associate them with multiple teams.

== Description ==

**Member Directory** is a custom WordPress plugin that helps you create a searchable member directory where each member can be associated with multiple teams. It includes frontend profile pages, team listings, and a contact form system with email notifications and admin storage.

== Installation ==

1. Upload the plugin folder to the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory.
2. Activate the plugin through the **Plugins** menu in WordPress.
3. Go to **Members** and **Teams** in your dashboard to begin adding data.
4. Use shortcodes `[all_members]` and `[all_teams]` to display directories.
