Maintenance Mode allows you to make your blog temporarily unavailable to your visitors with a custom message.  

== Description ==

Maintenance Mode allows you to make your blog temporarily unavailable to your visitors with a custom message. It is still accessible by the administrators and logged in users.
As soon as the plugin is activated, visitors will see a message like "Maintenance Mode - SITE is currently undergoing scheduled maintenance. Please try back in 60 minutes. Sorry for the inconvenience."

When you are logged in to WordPress as Administrator, you do have access to the normal frontend while visitors just see the maintenance message.
