== Installation ==

To install this plugin just follow these simple steps:

1. Upload the plugin files to the a `/wp-content/plugins/lotops-forms` directory, or install the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen directly.
2. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' screen in WordPress
3. Edit the page you want to show this form in WordPress' Dashboard.
4. Enter [lotops_leads_form] as the reference tag.
5. Save and refresh to display it.
