1. Upload 'loading-bar' folder to the '/wp-content/plugins/' directory.
2. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.
3. Go to Settings > General > Loading Bar, in "Color Code" field, enter loading bar color, for example #35aca8, default is red #f00000.
