How to Send Newsletters with Litesub
This is a sample newsletter from Litesub, and also a guide on newsletters.
Litesub can help you create newsletters in the same way you publish a post. First, compose a newsletter. Go to Litesub > Newsletters > Add New. Use the editor to design your newsletter.
And you can use shortcode - litesub_newsletter_posts, to add your posts into a newsletter. For example, you can place the shorcode here, like this.
[litesub_newsletter_posts]
Then select a few posts in the Choose your posts to be listed in this newsletter box, below this editor box. If you save this draft, and click the button Send a preview newsletter to me, a preview newsletter will be send to your email address.
If the newsletter looks great to you and ready to be published, just click Publish, and it will be delivered to your subscribers.
tips
Litesub will try to show your newsletters with the active Wordpress theme. If you are familiar with HTML & CSS, you edit in text mode and apply more styles or tweaks to your newsletter. For example, add background colors, fonts, button-like links, etc.
Unsubscribe links will be appended to the bottom of your newsletters, don't worry about it.
