Generate dummy content for demo purpose

**FEATURES**

* Generate dummy content with many options.
* Option to delete generated items after uninstall.
* Option to control length of dummy text for Title, Excerpt and Content.

== Installation ==

1. Install either via the WordPress.org plugin directory, or by uploading the files to your server.
2. Go to CMS admin plugins list and activate the plugin.
3. Go to Tools > Lipsum Dynamo to update options and generate dummy items.
