== Installation ==

1. Upload `link_replacer` folder to the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory
2. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress
3. go to "Link Replacer" Page in the admin dashboard and add your links (see the screenshots). .
4. enjoy :)
