Add a QR code to each post, page and custom post type

== Description ==

This plugin adds a QR Code for each post (link) published on the site. The plugin support all the registered built-in and custom post types, along with pages, this can be changed under the settings page of the plugin.

Following are the available configurable options in the plugin

1. Install the plugin from WordPress directory OR upload the plugin to plugins directory after downloading

The QR Codes generated with the plugin will never expire

= The QR Code for a post can change if the URL for the post is updated? =

QR Code will remain the same even if the post URL has been updated
